Women Who Lead: You're Invited!
Are you a dynamic and ambitious woman leader looking to connect with like-minded individuals, enhance your leadership skills, and have a blast while doing it? Look no further, because our Leading Off the Page Book Study is just what you need!
Join us for a unique and exciting opportunity to dive into thought-provoking books on leadership, engage in lively discussions, and gain valuable insights on how to apply leadership concepts in real-life scenarios. Let's face it - theory doesn't always work in the unpredictable world of leadership, but together, we can navigate through the challenges and come out stronger and more resilient.
Our book club isn't just about reading and discussing books - it's about building a community of supportive and empowering women leaders who are committed to personal growth and professional development. Here’s what to expect:
-
Over a 12-month period, we will read four books together, each focused on a leadership skill the groups wants to develop.
-
We will meet monthly on Zoom to discuss a portion of the book we are reading. If we have enough people registered, we will offer two meeting times and you can choose whichever works best for you. Meetings will last no more than 90 minutes and will include a recap of the reading for the month, group discussion, and time to choose a strategy from the reading to implement in your leadership practice.
-
You and an accountability partner will connect as you wish to check in and support each other as you implement a chosen leadership strategy from the reading.
-
Guided journal prompts will be stored in an invite-only Google Doc for you to respond to on your own schedule.
Don't miss out on this opportunity to have fun fellowship, gain valuable knowledge, and connect with a community of extraordinary women leaders. Let's inspire, empower, and support each other on our leadership journeys. Sign up now and let's embark on this exciting adventure together! Orientation sessions will be held on Zoom on September 26th at 7:00 pm and September 28th at 9:30 am. Don’t worry if you can’t make it - we’ll share a recording with anyone who signed up in advance.
